Mission
To promote and spread the practice of sport, through football, within our community. To contribute to the civic and sporting education of our young athletes, helping to develop not only athletes, but above all future members of our society, grounded in the values upheld and defended by our institution. To strengthen the bond between the community and the club, reinforcing a century-old relationship that makes the club one of the most important and significant institutions in the region.
Vision
To become an increasingly reference club in youth football development, through an organised, capable structure committed to providing a high standard of training and competition for our young athletes. To be a training entity that preserves its historical legacy while continuing to grow in every sense, managing its resources responsibly, sustainably and with a sense of social responsibility.
Values
Fairness, Honesty, Transparency, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility.
Goals
To keep working towards having, in the medium to long term, our first team competing in a national championship, with more than 50% of the squad made up of players developed within our Training Entity.
To increase the number of participants every year, using our school partnerships to set up development groups within schools — offering parents and guardians an extracurricular activity option.
To continue professionalising the entity’s structure, bringing on more full-time staff in both coaching and administrative roles.
